Outlook for Mac 2011 Locks up when attempting to forward emails - Microsoft Community


when try forward email account, screen grey out , outlook locks up.  any thoughts?

what mean saying "outlook locks up"? mean outlook mac 2011 client not responding when trying forward email account?

if so, better understand situation, i'd collect information:

1. what's detailed version of outlook mac 2011 client? latest one? if not, please upgrade outlook mac 2011 client latest version.

2. did issue occur in sudden? if so, did upgrade outlook mac 2011 client recently?

3. setting office 365 account outlook mac 2011 client? if yes, make sure account working fine, could check if work expected when forwarding emails in the outlook web app?

4. to identify if issue related outlook profile cache, please try creating new identity , test if there improvement in it. more information:

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
