Signatures not consistent for Windows and Mac - Microsoft Community


i have been working create consistent signature our entire company. when sending out other employees copy , paste , fill in information. problem keep running signature looks 1 way on windows , way on mac. signature created on windows in outlook.

example below: coworker copied provided signature , pasted in mac outlook both both normal paste , "keep source formatting". pasted signature different, spaces missing, font sizes changed, linked images become huge, , (strangest) color of linked files changes..

i'm not sure how resolve this. first time coworker copied signature formatted, linked images showed perfectly, , happy had solved problem.. today signature shows wrong again no matter does.

to investigate issue, i’d confirm following information:

  1. the version of outlook mac. check it, click outlook in navigation bar , click outlook. looks 15.32 (170309).
  2. the .eml file of signature source email. can drag email desktop or other location create .eml file. test signature in on side.
