outlook.office365.com, office.com/signin, and - Microsoft Community


i'm having issue when sign office 365 , click on app calendar or outlook asks sign in again.

this annoying else experiencing this?

what possible fixes?

i using ie, have cleared cache no avail, , have re-opening browser.

based on experience, suggest try the inprivate browsing mode in ie see if issue can fixed. if not, i’d collect following information further troubleshooting:
1. when did notice issue? did occur suddenly?
2. see if it’s browser issue, mind trying different browser see if issue can reproduced in it?
3. issue occur other office 365 users in organization? if not, please log office 365 account on his/her desktop can see if it’s related specific pc?
4. may confirm happen after resigning outlook web app/portal? navigate between different apps outlook , calendar without problem?
5. there error messages when automatically signs out? if so, please take relevant screenshots , upload them our further check.
6. have sent private message collect email address (no password) further check. link access private message:
