I cannot view or download my pdf tax invoice for my office 365 - Microsoft Community


many many people having same problem , seems microsoft not listening. receive regular email says give me option view tax invoice, when click on said link message error resource not available. how copy of tax invoice?

hi,

there several factors why aren't able open pdf tax invoice. might because app might not updated or plug-ins might have affected office. suggest start office program safe mode. kindly follow steps provided in this link.
