Image Signature is blurry/being compressed. - Microsoft Community


in our office using outlook on mac's , pc's, our image signatures coming out blurry when received. have tried many solutions, , seems come down image being compressed , aren' sure do. there simple way turn off compression signature images?

we have tried re-rendering image in 96 dpi, deleting old images (to clear cache), adjusting original dimensions in .htm file.

figure out appropriate steps fix blurry email signature, we'd ask questions below:

  • which version of outlook using?
  • are accessing email account on outlook desktop application or outlook web app (outlook.com)?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
