Internet headers are erased when moving a copy of sent message through - Microsoft Community


hi,

i created rule in outlook 2016 move copy of message sent 1 email account (account a) to folder of email account (account b - imap based). rule is:

apply rule after send message

through xxx@**** account (account a)

move copy "sent mail" folder (of account b).

the rule partially works on outlook 2016 moving sent message folder. however, once moves specified folder, noticed internet headers removed message. believe since removes internet headers, message not able synch through imap , i'm not able see message in folder on other devices. can see on computer sent message from.

this rule works fine on outlook 2013. have computer using outlook 2013 same rule. moves imap sent mail folder of account b , synchs across devices account b email configured. think may bug in outlook 2016, or there might other way preserve internet headers when moving/copying message using rules.

any assistance appreciated.
