Outlook 2016- crashes and stuck when configuring an account - Microsoft Community


i'm using office 2016 on windows 7.
other office programs work fine far.

i can open outlook withput account when try configur account programm freezes or crashes withput message. 

i tried on 2 accounts 2 different servers eresult same.

i installed windows first time i'm trying activate outlook on it.

how can solve issue?

thanks, didn't help.

what solved problem running "test e-mail autoconfiguration" on right-click menu of outlook icon.

i entered mail account , password , after test finished outlook connected properly.
