meeting invite got auto-forwarded microsoft outlook on behalf of behalf of user on 2 different occasions.

also checked user  no such action done her.

in order isolate issue, we'd following information:

  • what type of email account using? pop, imap, or exchange?
  • have made changes or applied update device prior issue?
  • is first time you've experienced issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
