Outlook '17 on Mac can't reply unless I switch to fullscreen - Microsoft Community


yesterday, outlook ('16 or 365 whatever) updated. since update, can't reply emails unless maximize/fullscreen (the green dot) outlook first. if click on reply button, or select menu, or use key combination, nothing happens @ all. nothing happens if double-click on email (or select 'open message'); should pop in own screen doesn't.

any ideas how fix this?

recently, have received report many users have same issue (after outlook mac updated, users can’t reply message). and, issue appear related webex plug-in. workaround use full screen. please re-confirm whether have webex plug-in installed on mac.

if so, current solution should upgrading webex plug-in or disabling it.
