Problems opening Apple contacts in Outlook - Microsoft Community


outlook not display apple contacts , receive message "the set of folders cannot opened.  information store not opened".  have tried easy fix solutions of unchecking mail contacts in icloud settings , resetting did not fix problem.  has worked no problem in past must have changed.  use office 365 if impacts matters. pls?

to better understand concern, ask additional information:

  • were using outlook mac or pc?
  • what changes have done before received issue?
  • have tried syncing contacts?

in meantime, if using outlook mac, recommend importing contacts on outlook following steps on link.
