Uninstall/reinstall doesn't fix unresponsive Outlook - Microsoft Community

i have same problem.  i have latest version of sierra installed 10.12.3 , latest version of office 365 , outlook installed.  outlook becomes unresponsive every 5 minutes.  no beachball unless click on folder or "new email" button twice , beachball come , go 5 - 10 minutes @ time.  very frustrating didn't have problem prior updating sierra 4 weeks ago.  my work around been let beach ball spin , resume work.  our administrator deleted office 365 , reloaded on 2/8 see if fix problem didn't make difference.

i took @ sample of outlook process sent.  it appears applescript executing , causing long running operation.  

do know applescript may have executing?
