unread appear as read mail outlook 2010 - Microsoft Community


hi,

after reading mail - outting "unread" nin order keep track of have answer still.

however,

there mail not show "unread" after clicking option : <right click> - <mark unread>
unread counter takes consideration, mail still appear "read"

i mean, little logo of closed envelop doesn't appear - counter counts unread mail, doesn't appear such in inbox.

moreover, sometimes, want turn whole conversation unread- mails show unread- others still appear "read"

any idea  why, bug ? there setting somewhere

  • when did issue begin?
  • did make changes computer or outlook settings before issue started?
  • have tried restarting outlook , computer?
