i've been running office 2011 no problems speak of years - got 365 home subscription , it's unbelievable how big app sizes now. 48.6mb 2011 vs 1.61 gb 2016?  i read on forums ms encapsulated office apps not dependent on mac os shared services - more 'self enclosed' , that's reason huge size increase, expect run faster not slower. problems i'm having ms mac office 2016 can't keep typing , shows color wheel. after pressing "send" email takes 5-7 seconds program clear it. i've read when ms office sync's imap server many people saying color wheel pops until it's done syncing. 2011 didn't that. office 2016 seems load memory after many emails opened , shut without reducing size in memory according activity monitor.  ms suggests  to run both 2011 , 2016 in parallel after install (while transfer on 2016) , that's i've been doing, seems silly after while since performance worse. (?)  i've seen on forums people got increase in speed? no way. haven't had issues boot time other people have had. missing? computer macbook air - osc yosemite 10.10.5, 8 gb ram, i7 1.7 ghz processor. if there links, suggestions, options, please reply.  if ms can't come answer on - i'll forced go 2011. no other issues. else similar problems?

deleted exchange account. added (followed auto prompts), restarted outlook , things speedy again. thanks!

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
