Calendar Templates no longer available - Microsoft Community


all of sudden,  no longer have option include template message or signature in body when sending out calendar invite. (office 365 - outlook) 

has feature been disabled or there new way add it?

enter template have saved before. if still want add more signatures in meeting item, can first set signatures , insert signature meeting item screenshot below:


if have followed steps above , still can’t use templates in outlook, please let know if have encountered error , provide screenshots of steps have performed.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
