Emails missing from Outlook Search Folders - Microsoft Community


hi 

i have set  search folder emails form "dave exceljet". search folder, however, shows few emails:

but in reality there many more - "older" emails seems excluded search folder:

any ideas?

we know more information provide appropriate solution. kindly clarify following:

  • are using office business or personal use?
  • is imap or pop account?
  • what changes did make before experiencing this?

for meantime, suggest repair office app , check improvements. this, can refer link.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
