Have Outlook version 15.35 it wonk quit. It hangs and I have to force - Microsoft Community


have outlook version 15.35 wonk quit. hangs , have force quit. have running on mac sierra 10.12.5. office products in suite behave same (don't close correctly). looking correct problem

first isolate issues mac, suggest start mac in safe mode:

        • start or restart mac, press , hold shift key. white apple logo appears on display. if don't see apple logo, learn do.
        • release shift key when see login window. if startup disk encrypted with filevault, you might asked log in twice: once unlock startup disk, , again log in finder.

                                  leave safe mode, restart mac without pressing keys during startup.

if issue still exists, confirm following information troubleshooting.

1. did configure accounts when issue happen, or issue happen when open outlook?

2. others in organization encounter issue?

3. issue happen in earlier version of outlook for mac, or issue occur after make changes such update version of outlook mac or mac os?

4. detailed version of outlook mac.  such version 15.35(0610).
