how do i count a number of emails sent to a particular email address - Microsoft Community


i'm looking count number of emails receive within specific time frame.

eg:  all emails to:xxx@****.au between 1st jan 31st jan.

does know search function , how select emails final figure (without having manually select them individually)

to:<address> received 01/01/2017 .. 01/31/2017

you'll item count in the left corner within the status bar in outlook.

note must use local date format may need alter query above.

see: find e-mail between specific dates
