i trying remove project 1 persons pc , transfer persons in offices computer. 

prior uninstalling project on 1 persons pc there specific have do?

when installing project onto other pc matter of downloading , putting in product key?

depends on how bought office old computer. fpp license , office 365 license transferable.

if have fpp license, transfer it, uninstall old machine , install on new machine.

you’re licensed valid office 365 project subscription, can directly install new copy on new computer, , activate signing office 365 account.
