Microsoft Outlook cannot be opened because of a problem - Mac - Microsoft Community


hi everyone,

i downloaded outlook 2011 hosting company (fasthosts), error message when try open outlook.

microsoft outlook cannot opened because of problem.

check developer make sure microsoft outlook works version of os x. may need reinstall application. sure install available updates application , os x.

i've reinstalled couple of times hasn't worked. version of os x installed (10.9.5) should work outlook 2011. have checked updates , installed them possible. unfortunately, none of these have worked.

the rest of microsoft office (word, excel , powerpoint) works fine. spoke technicians apple , unable resolve issue , advised speak microsoft, however, seems microsoft support page doesn't seem working?

if has ideas on how can resolve problem appreciated.

error message occurred related factor office program (outlook 2011 mac) moved or duplicated. suggest refer article below delete duplicate entries , reinstall office.
