Migrated to Exchange - but now I cannot recieved replies to my emails - Microsoft Community


outlook shows account "outlook_9b06 *** email address removed privacy ***" xxx whole oad of looks hex.

if email outlook client, email shows "my name<outlook_9b06 *** email address removed privacy ***". 

when reply this, message mailbox unavailable.

so... i've been migrated.  can send emails... recieve them cannot reply me unless overtype original outlook email address in "to" box.

surely can't right?  not 1 machine funny.. both desktop , laptop outlook clients behaving same way.

grateful pointers on how solve this.

know more concern. please provide following information:

  • does issue occur after migrated exchange?
  • have tried signing in using account outlook app , check if can receive emails it?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
