Outlook 2010 - "Display As" in contacts reverts back to full - Microsoft Community


when create new contact email address (**email address**), create "display as" name such "john doe-state farm".  i "save" contact.  but next time open contact or try send email john doe-state farm, has reverted full email address.  how "display as" name remain unchanged?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
