Powerpoint for iPad crashes when PPT file includes Visio drawings - Microsoft Community


hi,

i using powerpoint 2013 , visio 2013 create presentations in windows 7 environment. files in pc ok.

when try visualize files in powerpoint ipad, powerpoint crashes without warning.

this problem started occur after update of powerpoint last nov 2016. following updates did not solve problem.

a powerpoint file few text boxes created visio can enough make crash.

  • is there error shows after applications crashes? if yes, provide exact error message investigate further. if have screenshots, kindly attach them well.
  • does issue happen on both computer , ipad?
