Show "Items" and "Unread" at foot of Folder Pane in - Microsoft Community


can please advise how show total number of "items" , number of "unread" mails @ foot of folder pane.

outlook 2016 have feature called "apply current view other mail folders". allows copy view of folder folder without making view template.

you can access feature following these steps:

  1. go view tab.
  2. click on change view button.
  3. select apply current view other mail folders.

note: when select top folder , option apply view subfolders, you'll apply view mail folders @ once. feature automatically hides special folders such sent items, draft , junk e-mail. because these folders have special views of own.
