Syncing sent emails with my iPhone and MS Outlook on my Mac - Microsoft Community


hi

i have godaddy pop email account have setup on ms outlook (office 365 subscription) on mac under os x el capitan v 10.11.6.

i access emails on iphone.

however, cannot see emails sent on iphone ms outlook, , vice versa - i.e. cannot see emails sent mac on iphone.

is there solution problem?

hi raxa,

based on knowledge, pop account downloads inbox emails server side client. pop protocol not support synchronization client server side. behavior sent emails cannot synced server side , across multiple clients related email server not email clients (outlook mac, iphone). if email server supports other two-way synchronization protocols imap, can change way in connect account.

if have further concern, suggest turn email provider effective assistance.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
