Email sending error, need help to fix - Microsoft Community


i have windows 10 along office 365 small business (version 16) , having trouble sending email. not part of microsoft exchange not use this. our company uses specific domain (removed moderator protect privacy) emails, domains hosting hosting company , have control of these domains (email accounts, etc.) thru cpanel. 

with being said, error below not happen email addresses send or emails being sent to, email addresses send (via. removed moderator protect privacy) when checked make sure blacklist, domain not on can find out.

so there can fix error?

better understand situation, i’d collect following information:
1. since ‘not part of microsoft exchange’, may confirm if recipient cannot receive emails using office 365?
2. have sent private message collect entire bounced message further analysis. here link access private message:

3. ‘the error below not happen email addresses send or emails being sent to’, there similarities between affected senders or recipients?
4. use affected account send emails email account outlook.com account without problem?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
