Office for Mac-- Sub folders with rules - Microsoft Community


hey,

i looking upgrade older version of office mac-- new outlook seems make difficult see sub-folders when new message.

this has been standard feature in previous versions in both pc , mac...yet when sub folder gets email have no way of telling unless scroll through list of sub-folders.

am missing something? fixed?

can tell detailed information "this has been standard feature in previous versions in both pc , mac"? 

 

meanwhile, suggest add condition in rule check if meets requirements:
 click rule button on home tab, , choose edit rules > on pop-up window, choose account type under client rules, , click add button > click add button add the  condition. please see screenshot below:
