Outlook 365 - Microsoft Community


running windows 10. installed office 365. have been using outlook on 20 years, , never had problem. have multiple .pst files archives. set account time imap account, , installed same thing on surface. runs fine few months.  i have mail on computer, surface, , android. 1 day, pc stops syncing inbox. sync trash, sync junkmail, not inbox. go on surface or phone, , have sorts of e-mail. way can correct un-install office, , start over. believe me, have checked settings, have run repair (long , short) have searched other people having same problem, don't find solution. re-install, , fine again. few months later, happen surface. same issue, same long solution. few months of running fine, , both stop working. check email on phone. put stuff in trash. go pc, , e-mail in trash, inbox won't update. frustrating. can go office 95? (now i'm being funny - it isn't).  is there solution this, or should give on outlook thing past , find mail program? i'm being serious.

who imap provider?

if added imap a/c via auto setup dialogue there no mail a/c settings check
