reset outlook email a/c password - Microsoft Community


we computer technical support company in hk named concord.  installed 2 ms office 2016 our client, silver round.  after complete install steps, recommended internet ms website found unable re-login outlook a/c.  because license belongs client silver round , need hand on complete info outlook a/c , password.  key binding outlook email a/c, if related email a/c cannot login user may not reinstall or did change.  hope can reset both a/c password us.  trying many time , both a/c blocked you’re a/c control.

we know , agreed microsoft should protect email user a/c case difference because not use email communication , requested create email a/c microsoft.  also, may can notice emails should not have information or data.  can reach email @ ***personal information deleted security reasons.***

for activation , configuration of office accounts need sign in using email address used activation. if unable log in. best first reset password of microsoft account used. (click here reset password page).

if still encounter concerns, best communicate client's admin assistance.
