Automatically move sent emails to another folder from mulitple devices - Microsoft Community


hi everyone,

my company outlook automatically deletes "sent items" after 120 days way, among other things, control our mail file sizes.  have created rule places copy of sent mail "safe" folder.  mail in user created folder remains 4 years.  works if send office desktop computer.  mail sent via phone or if remotely login through company vpn not moved "safe" folder.

my rule follows: apply rule after send message through specified account , on computer move copy safe folder. 

i think issue "on computer only" portion of rule.  pick "through specified account" automatically picks "on computer only",  not let me remove check here.

do know how can sent mail regardless if remoted in, on phone or on main account in office gets automatically copied specified folder?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
