Can't manage quick steps because steps reference obsolete account - Microsoft Community


i use outlook manage/view several email accounts, including provided clients. have quick steps setup reference (where created for) obsolete account, no longer have access. when try manage quick steps, outlook prompting me enter credentials account. 

i can't past step manage dialog box , delete these quick steps! know if there way delete these steps manually can in , manage other quick steps?

this function virtually useless me know.

within ms outlook, file>account settings>email tab..........if bad account shown delete it.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
