composing interruption - Microsoft Community


when composing, message drops down top of screen--it happens fast can't read it, says 'sending progress report' maybe. happens every 15-20 seconds or so. cursor gone , have reset in message. using outlook app mac. thanks

firstly, please check outlook mac version in outlook> outlook , make sure it’s date. latest product version should 15.30(170107) @ moment.

if issue persists in latest version, i’d collect following information further troubleshooting:
1. if possible, capture video symptom , upload can better understand situation? privacy concern, can provide video via private message below:

2. when did notice issue? did occur after recent outlook mac update?
3. identify if it’s account problem, suggest set personal account outlook.com account in affected outlook mac client , check if issue can reproduced?
