Emails not sending and coming back with 551 5.7.6 Message rejected as - Microsoft Community


hi,

when replying email or sending 1 saved contact, email returned following message.

551 5.7.6 message rejected spam (cm).

we using outlook 2010.

if send email our server not happen assuming has outlook.

how fix please.

  • which email provider recipient using?
  • when did issue occur?
  • are encountering same issue when you  access email through web?
  • are using third-party antivirus on device?
