Messages List is Blank When Reading Pane Set to Right - Microsoft Community


i continue encounter issue in messages list shows blank when reading pane set "right".  has happened me on 3 different laptops, , when using outlook mac 2016 v15.28.1 (161117) , outlook mac 2016 v15.29 (161209).  every once in awhile fixes few hours, inevitably acts again week or 2 on end.

i'd raised in previous thread erroneously marked 'solved', hoping better traction real solution time.

i found easier fix worked me:

in drop-down menu under "by: conversation">select "restore defaults".

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
