Outgoing emails from Outlook - Microsoft Community


i use outlook , have multiple email accounts. work receiving emails on outlook 2 aol accounts unable send emails outlook. suggestions?

if send aol account in outlook mac, there error message? if so, please provide here analysis. 

you may try deleting aol account outlook mac , re-adding them check it works.

on anothe hand, since works fine receiving emails not sending, understanding outgoing server configured in outlook mac should not correct. can select aol account check detailed settings in outlook mac , upload creenshot it. and, may change encryption method "ssl" "tls" or vice versa. port should considered. detailed information (port, encryption method) can found in web mail of aol account. 

by way, please clarify detailed version of outlook mac using via clicking outlook > abount outlook.
