Outlook 2016 - Address Book disappears after April 2017 Win 10 update - Microsoft Community


updated win 10 so-called creators edition today.  when opened outlook 2016, address book cannot opened.  after 1 hour trying speak in tech support, decided try forum.  suggestions?

  • do encounter concern if access account on both outlook desktop , in outlook.com?
  • what version of outlook desktop app have?
  • have performed troubleshooting steps?
