Outlook 2016: Pop for unsafe attachment while sending mails every - Microsoft Community


hello,

we have updated new build o365 pro plus deferred channel , after updating, getting pop-up outlook 2016 every time sent mail or without attachment. message reads as:

"

the item contains attachments potentially unsafe. recipient using microsoft outlook may not able open these attachments.

do want send anyway?"

can in stopping message? have search on support article didn't find related this.

build: 1701 (7766.2092)

current os: win7

please let me know if require further information.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
