i having issues inbox, of emails come in not readable. or can read them, have 1 word or weird number per line. see example below

the other time have below problem when email edited, via 'message>edit message' option. if text added, ok, if text bolded, or highlighted email becomes unreadable.

you can see picture below of email list, , problem emails 'no subject'.

the other workers in our office use office mac 2011 , have none of these issues. if can't resolved can assistance microsoft go older version. can't work not being able read , reply emails.

please try following steps , let know results:

1. sign in web application of account , check if emails unreadable.

2. if emails readable in web application, send 1 of affected emails user uses outlook mac 2016 client , check if problem persists.

3. create new test email, bolded , highlighted text, fill values in send/subject , send new test email out, check if “no subject” issue occurs.

 

to issue, please provide following information:

1. what type of email account use, office 365 account, gmail account, hotmail.com account or other account?

2. detailed version of outlook mac client , mac os. on top bar, click outlook > outlook check outlook version, looks 15.30 (170107). apple menu, choose mac check mac version, looks 10.12(16a323).

3. how configure account on outlook client, via exchange, pop or imap?

4. can reproduce issue meet? if so, please provide detailed steps. screenshots appreciated.

5. .eml file of affected email on outlook mac client. .eml file, can directly drag desktop. protect privacy, have sent private message collect it. can access private message via link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list

note: remove privacy before sending us.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
