Outlook is failing to receive emails - Microsoft Community


have windows 10 laptop , on have microsoft office package comes word, excel, publisher, etc , can open of these taskbar or home screen. microsoft outlook came with microsoft office and working smoothly until month or 2 ago. started not receiving emails , doesn't why. might not able send don't know yet. don't remember doing different on day failed, did and i have looked around on internet see if has had similar problem in past but, haven't been able find has. please may help.

within ms outlook, file>account settings>email tab........what name & type shown problem account?

and if select account>change>test account settings (if available) error returned?

or create new msg, send self.........any error msg?

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
