no, not feasible this. can check room (mailbox) free/busy information while creating meeting.

if have further concern, suggest submit feedback our related team via https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/273494-outlook-and-calendar. many products’ features have been designed/upgraded based on customers’ constructive ideas. appreciate understanding , effort.
