since upgraded hotmail account cannot access sweep option

hi ann,

i understand access sweep option in outlook mac 2011 before upgraded hotmail account. if yes, issue, need confirm following information:

  1. to determine if issue related hotmail account, suggest configure hotmail account in outlook mac client see if option available.

  2. a screenshot symptom cannot access sweep option.

  3. the detailed version of outlook mac 2011. example, version 14.7.1(161129). can check clicking on menu labeled outlook (next apple logo in top left corner of screen)>about outlook.

  4. the version of mac os, example, sierra 10.12.3
