Create outlook rule to change "reply to" address to group when - Microsoft Community


hi everyone,

i'm not sure if possible, i'm trying find way automatically change "have replies sent to" address on messages when specific address or group is cc'd.

background: use outlook through exchange server, , have email address for customer inquiries redirects contact group of 5 employees handle various aspects of business. whenever email customers have to cc group, , change "reply-to" address return replies whole group.

is there way create rule automatically change "reply-to" whenever group (or address redirects it) appears in the cc line?

i don't want replies personal email address go group, want conditional when group cc'd.

it save me ton of time not having manually change every time email customer.
