emails gone from outlook application but still showing on live.com - Microsoft Community


my emails arevgone surface pro 4 outlook application still showing on live.com after office subscription expired , restarted by activating second office 365 personal subscription box came when surface pro 4 purchased.

any suggestions see emails in desktop outlook again?  p=both looking @ same email address.

also messages saying onedrive frozen though create file on it.

the cloud stuff mess in my opinion , not helping me.

any advise 1) see email in outlook app , 2) deal 1 drive frozen message?

the use of outlook data file, connected outlook not supported on onedrive, or network location matter.

if unable access onedrive need rectify problem first, try repairing office installation.

your outlook data file should located on local pc, located in users folder,
