Getting Error [0x80070005-0x0004dc-0x000524] when trying to - Microsoft Community


error appears associated trying send mailboxes other own getting own profile.  i using outlook 2016.  i had added additional account outlook double check password (it service account).  it worked expected.  i removed service account using standard dialog.  it deleted expected.  at point noticed getting above error when trying send emails.  i have deleted , rebuilt profile deleted , reinstalled outlook without success.  i able send emails owa , exchange admins can send emails when login account.  can try point me in right direction?  thanks.

does error message this?

if yes, when yousend emails, make sure you’re not using deleted account.

 

 

if “from” address primary address instead of additional account, i’d know if it’s shared mailbox or normal mailbox. since issue did not happen owa, may try running online repair.
