Outlook 2016 Saving email as rtf - Microsoft Community


in outlook 2016, want save email message rtf file rather text, not seem available. missing something? doesn't can change msg rtf either. help.

you can change format of message when reply or forward it. if sends plain text message, example, can reply message or forward using html or rich text format. here article concern.
