Sharing Outlook folders - Microsoft Community


i have started using 365 our business , have need with.

there 3 of in office, each have our own email address along alias's of info@, enquiries@ , sales@.

all of email folders set on own business account, amongst folders folder suppliers has numerous sub folders, need 3 of in office have access folder , possibly couple of other folders, best way this.

could assigned 1 of alias accounts in way?

yes, can share specific folders colleagues. firstly, please refer sharing folders using owa part in following article share permissions of folders want others have access rest 2 users. please note, since there sub folders under main folder, need share permissions of these sub folders. after that, let colleagues refer accessing person's folder(s) using owa part in following article add shared folders.
