Keep online archive folders expanded.. - Microsoft Community


a user imported several pst files online archive (exchange online/office 365) in outlook 2016.  import went fine, when closes outlook , re-opens it, online archive , it's folders collapsed.  if expands them (the view wants) , closes outlook, collapse online archive folders when opens outlook again.

is there way make sure whenever opens outlook, online archive folders stay expanded?

i've seen vbs scripts can supposedly this, we're not allowed use scripts here.

i think may have found own solution this.  it's not wants, it'll have if can't find way wants.  basically, highlight top level of online archive, hold down * key on keyboards number pad (that is, not * lives on main keyboard; has on number pad.)  expand everything.

so, if have solution keeping online archive expanded automatically, i'll consider resolved.
