Outlook for Mac Export Not Functional. I Need to Backup My Account. - Microsoft Community


hello everyone, need backup outlook mac, runs gmail imap account. need clean email client, before that, needed backup emails. outlook mac export feature somehow not working. there other option available backup email database. please useful solutions. thanks

rebuilding outlook mac email database might help. happens multiple users, rebuilding database solve issue. here link build email database:

also, there multiple third party apps available backup outlook mac database. 1 of them know mail backup x. please note third party apps paid, it's better opt manual procedure.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
