Replace text with Hyperlink from Database - Microsoft Community


hi,

i looking way autocomplete text based custom list of hyperlinks within outlook. use case have dozens of reports on our server. we'd link reports when referring them in our emails. can determine link these reports based few factors , have full hyperlink put table. report names unique idea type name of report , have automatically replace text hyperlink report. have mocked idea using autocorrect feature using method referenced here manual (i have add each report hyperlink one-by-one). issue reports being added , changing day-to-day.

is there way link database provide "autocorrect"/"autopopulate" hyperlinks these reports? i'd settle option manually populate file (assuming can batch , reports/autosuggestions @ once).

i know reports being added , changing day day, means hyperlinks , report names changing daily. however, in outlook, autocorrect feature applied specific hyperlink type in, may need add each of link one-by-one manually.

 

it not feasible link database provide autocorrect/autopopulate hyperlinks reports server. totally understand how important function mean you, suggested submit feedback via https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/322590-outlook-2016-for-windows share idea.

know if there way insert attachment (e.g., document) within meeting invite not own. example, vp creates meeting invite managers quick touch base.  the managers attach document invitees may view 'summary' while being discussed).  is possible invitee include attachment? hello janice, you can send attachment meetings got invited in outlook 2016. can insert attachment going event go insert tab select attach file . click send update send meeting updates, including attachment. let know if need further assistance.
