Sender's e-mail account is being blocked. - Microsoft Community


i have user participates in several large groups work related activity.   sends e-mails individuals in organizations regarding developments in field of expertise.   each of individuals associated have chosen participate in group e-mails.

she has started receive following message:

your message couldn't delivered because weren't recognized valid sender. common reason email address suspected of sending spam , it's no longer allowed send messages outside of organization. contact email admin assistance.

her account blocked month ago , received phone call microsoft telling how unblock account.   haven't received time.  

how can unblock account in o365?

please log into exchange admin center using admin role, , navigate to protectionaction center to check if user blocked. if so, please try delist user action center. here article reference: 

removing user, domain, or ip address block list after sending spam email.

 

if admin tried delist user action center failed, please provide the details of office 365 tenant , complete ndr (non-delivery report) within 3 days further analysis.
