e-mail appears stuck in outbox but is sending over and over again to - Microsoft Community


i running windows 10 outlook 2013 - internet provider of no me. e-mails large 1mb , greater appear stuck in outbox in essence being sent on , on again contacts - have manually go offline , delete out of outgoing folder - getting tired of this... around same time thing happened...when send regular e-mails 20 contacts - message has been exceeded , did not sent.  have gone admin command prompt , ran scan - "did not find integrity violations" response after scan complete.
